Eco Church is a scheme for churches in England and Wales. By taking an online survey looking at each aspect within the church we can see how eco-friendly we are and put measures in place to make this even better. Each Church has the opportunity to gain Bronze, Silver or Gold Awards in their goal to become more eco-friendly.
Simple changes such as ensuring lights are switched of and the churches recyle as much as possible all work towards creating an eco-friendly environment!
In our Circuit,so far, Rowbarton Church have achieved Silver and Lisieux Way Church have achieved Bronze eco-status. Other churches are working towards their eco-awards with the aim that we will be an Eco-friendly circuit.
